I design, facilitate and consult upon Organizational Development opportunities and effective, proven, group process. My purpose is to help clients achieve desired results through meaningful conversations and engagement during work sessions,  meetings, planning and other gatherings involving as few as 3 people and as many as 300+.  Services that I provide for organizations involve staff and Boards at many levels-from the frontline, to the executive team. Work may be planned to include and engage individuals, teams and departments or the entire organization.

The services I provide are custom tailored to your needs and desired outcomes.  I may work independently or with a team of associates selected for your unique requirements.
